TrailPass is operated by AxleIQ LLC. You can request deletion of your TrailPass account and associated personal data through the app or by email.
Delete from Android
- Open TrailPass → Settings → Delete attendee data.
- Review the explanation and confirm.
- Stay connected until the app reports success. If deletion fails, retry; the app keeps the account and local context needed to finish.
This requests deletion of the messaging token, event-directory entries, joined-event records, anonymous attendee profile and account, then clears local state. Uninstalling alone does not delete cloud records.
Request deletion by email
Or email support@gettrailpass.com with the subject TrailPass data deletion request. Include the account email, or for an anonymous attendee the display name and event names, and tell us whether you want the entire account or specific data deleted. No sign-in or app installation is required to start a request.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or private event content. We may ask for additional non-sensitive information to locate the correct anonymous account and verify the request. A display name alone may not uniquely identify an account.
What is deleted or retained
Verified requests cover the associated account, profile, memberships and personal content we can identify. For organizer accounts, we will explain how deletion affects organization access and events. Limited transaction, security, dispute, or legally required records may be retained; we will explain applicable exceptions. Provider backups and logs may expire separately. Copies independently retained by an organizer or another recipient may require a request to that recipient.
We respond within applicable legal deadlines. Deleting an account is separate from requesting a license refund. See our refund policy and Privacy Policy.
