Effective September 9, 2026. These terms govern TrailPass, provided by AxleIQ LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
Accounts and eligibility
TrailPass is for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission. Organizer accounts and purchases must be managed by an adult authorized to act for the organization. Keep account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Report suspected unauthorized access to support@gettrailpass.com.
Events and available features
TrailPass provides event planning and attendee tools. Availability varies by platform, release, event configuration, and testing status. Android is currently in preparation with a limited attendee feature set. Demonstration events and test checkouts do not represent real attendance or purchases.
Organizers are responsible for event accuracy, permissions, staffing, safety, legal compliance, and their relationships with attendees and partners. TrailPass is not the organizer of independently hosted events.
Organizer licenses
Draft planning is free. Where purchasing is available, an organizer event license is a one-time purchase for the selected event and expected attendance tier. The price and any applicable charges are shown before payment. It does not automatically renew. Attendees use TrailPass free; independent event admission or third-party charges are separate.
Use a reasonable expected attendance estimate and contact support if the event materially exceeds its tier. Do not purchase again solely because a payment confirmation or publishing step is delayed; contact support with the receipt or transaction reference. Test-mode checkout is clearly labeled and does not charge real money.
Refund policy
- Unused event licenses: request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the event has never been published.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges: contact support so we can investigate and refund a verified duplicate or billing error.
- Service failure: if a TrailPass problem prevents us from providing the purchased license or publishing service and we cannot resolve it, we will refund the affected license.
- After publishing: licenses are generally non-refundable for a change of plans or event cancellation, except for the reasons above or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Email support@gettrailpass.com with the event name and purchase reference. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. This policy covers TrailPass organizer licenses, not tickets or services sold by an independent organizer. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Content and acceptable use
You retain ownership of your content and give TrailPass permission to store, display, and transmit it as needed to provide the features and audience you choose. Submit only content you have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful material, exploitative content, threats, harassment, malware, or information you are not authorized to disclose. Do not misuse invitations, messaging, or another person's account, or attempt to bypass access controls.
We may restrict content or access to address violations, abuse, legal requirements, or threats to the service. Contact support to report a problem or ask for review of an access decision.
Safety and service availability
Event alerts and maps are supplementary tools. Network conditions, device settings, and other factors can delay or prevent delivery. Do not rely on TrailPass as an emergency dispatch service or as the only way to communicate safety instructions. Contact local emergency services when needed.
We work to maintain the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every device supports every feature. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy, deletion, and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. You can request account and data deletion. Third-party services, event admissions, and external links are governed by their providers' terms.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated as required, and the effective date will be updated. Questions can be sent to AxleIQ LLC, operator of TrailPass, at support@gettrailpass.com.
